Kitchens

This first kitchen was completely gutted down to the bare walls. The refrigerator and stove were both reused. All new cabinets, countertops, backsplash, lighting, and flooring were installed. Note: this photo was taken before the walls were painted

This second kitchen experienced water damage from the floor above, so the entire wall needed to be torn out and repaired. All cabinetry was salvaged, repaired, and reinstalled. New backsplash was installed with a mosaic tile detail behind the range.

Bathrooms

This shower stall was completely gutted and rebuilt. The original shower measured 32” x 32” and the new shower was expanded to 36” x 36”. This project required a new subfloor, entire Schluter system to create a waterproof seal, custom soap niche, large format porcelain wall tiles, and a gorgeous glass door really brought this bathroom to the next level!

This entire bathroom was gutted down to the studs and redone. We highly recommend using the Schluter system for these custom showers. This bathroom used a Delta waterfall showerhead and integrated spray wand. Finalized photo with shower door is forthcoming.

Windows, doors, siding, and more

This old air conditioner was outdated once the owner installed central air in their house. The old unit was removed and new siding on the exterior and drywall in the interior was patched in.

These 2 large picture windows on either side of the sliding door were broken. We installed 2 new energy efficient windows that were custom built to fit these openings.

Siding on these gables were loose and falling off due to improper installation. New siding and insulation were installed and screwed into the framing.

This large picture window had rotten trim around its exterior. We replaced all rotten pieces and added additional flashing to prevent future water and air intrusion.
